Tricia Collins

Producer, Writer and Director

Over the past 15 years, Tricia Collins has established herself as a dynamic and fearless creative force—writing, directing, and performing in an impressive range of films, plays, and television productions. Tricia is an alumna of several prestigious programs, including the Stowe Story Lab Screenwriting Workshop at the Galway Film Fleadh in Ireland, Women in the Director’s Chair, and the WGC–Bell Media Diverse Screenwriting Program. Tricia has been a champion of diversity and reflects this in her work. She has produced and filmed videos for the Ministry of Housing and Diversity, Government of BC, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation | CMHC, the Mining Association of Canada, as well as other groups and organizations. 

VFX Compositor

Ronaldo Pucci

Working since 2003 in post production, Ronaldo has taken the role in all the post production stages, from set to final deliveries. He is the VFX Compositor for network film and television productions such at Reacher, The Fast and The Furious, The Mummy and more. From working in post houses in Brazil and Portugal doing commercials/ film and tv shows he expanded his international movie career compositing for UPP Prague, MPC Vancouver, ZoicStudios, Framestore (Montreal), Dneg Montreal. He continues to work internationally on commercials and film and television in Canada, Europe and Brazil.

Origin of the name…

The name Perseverance Pictures comes from the Perseverance Spirit (rum) shop in Berbice, Guyana. The Perseverance Spirit Shop was run by Tricia Collins’ maternal Grandmother Josephine. Married, and then widowed, at a young age Josephine ran the rum shop taking care of a many family members and overcoming many obstacles.

Perseverance means continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, failure, or opposition.
